About This Division
Build A Pro Foundation works alongside Salina’s schools and local businesses to help young adults transition into the professional workforce. We specialize in connecting motivated 16-24 year olds with Registered Apprenticeships: structured “earn-and-learn” pathways that turn an entry-level job into a long-term career.
We utilize career science to help you identify your natural strengths before you ever step onto a job site. As a Youth Apprentice, you are hired by a local company and receive a paycheck starting on day one. Your wages increase as you master new skills and demonstrate your growing technical expertise.
