Build A Pro is a high-accountability apprenticeship program. When identifying a candidate, look for these indicators of readiness.

They have demonstrated an ability to show up, communicate, and follow through on basic commitments even during challenging circumstances.

The Process

Once a referral is submitted, a Build A Pro Success Coach initiates our vetting process. We manage the transition from the initial interview through employer placement and long-term stabilization, working with parents, caseworkers, and any support agency that can help make the apprentice’s success possible.
